Electronic Receipt Sample Clauses
The Electronic Receipt clause establishes that parties will provide or accept receipts, confirmations, or acknowledgments in electronic form rather than on paper. In practice, this means that when a transaction or communication occurs, the confirmation may be sent via email, through an online portal, or by other digital means, and such electronic records are considered valid and binding.
