Electronic Review Clause Samples
The Electronic Review clause establishes the procedures and permissions for reviewing documents, data, or communications electronically during a contractual relationship. It typically outlines the platforms or systems to be used, the security measures in place, and the rights of each party to access or audit electronic records. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of how electronic information will be handled, reviewed, and protected, thereby facilitating efficient oversight and reducing the risk of disputes over access or data integrity.
