ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES AND ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT(S). 3.1. The Distance Marketing of Consumer Financial Services Law N.242(I)/2004, which implements EU Directive 2002/65/EC, does not require the Agreement to be physically signed by either the Client or the Company for both Parties to be legally bound by it. The terms contained in the Agreement shall apply to the initial as well as to any subsequent activity entered between the Company and the Client.
