Common use of Electronic Signatures and Communications Clause in Contracts

The parties agree that electronic signatures, whether digital or encrypted, or click-through acceptance, by an Authorized User or a party’s authorized signatory are intended to authenticate such signatures and give rise to a valid, enforceable, and fully effective agreement. The parties expressly agree that any terms in Client’s purchase order forms, or electronic communications form no part of this Agreement.
