ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES AND TRANSACTIONS. BUYER, SELLER and BROKERS agree that this transaction may be conducted through electronic means according to the Kansas Uniform Electronic Transactions Act. However, BROKERS have no authority to enter into electronic agreements with other parties on behalf of the BUYER or SELLER without the BUYER’S or SELLER’S explicit authorization.
