Common use of ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES AND TRANSMISSIONS Clause in Contracts

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES AND TRANSMISSIONS. This Agreement may be executed by electronic means, including, without limitation by electronic signature and/or facsimile signature. Such signatures shall be deemed to constitute originals for all purposes hereunder. In addition, if either party uses facsimile-transmitted executed documents, or executed documents which have been used electronic signatures or which have been electronically scanned and transmitted by email, then the other party may rely upon such documents as if they were executed originals.
