ELECTRONIC SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT. For each copy of a Product sold and delivered to an End User, generated other than from Vendor's web site, DR will purchase the Product at a cost equal to the cost outlined as the Distribution Cost on Exhibit B. Vendor agrees not to sell the Product to any others for less than the Distribution Cost outlined on Exhibit B. Vendor agrees to notify DR promptly of any reductions in the Distribution Cost.
