Common use of Electronic Transmissions Clause in Contracts

Electronic Transmissions. (a) The parties agree that if this Subcontract is transmitted electronically, neither party shall contest its validity, or any acknowledgment thereof, on the basis that this Subcontract or acknowledgment contains an electronic signature. (b) Seller shall, at Buyer’s request and Seller’s expense, send and receive business transactions by electronic means using Web-based technologies. Such Web-based technologies for electronic transmissions may include a) email and (b) the Internet directly between Buyer and Seller.
