Electronic Transmittal Sample Clauses
The Electronic Transmittal clause establishes the rules and acceptance criteria for sending and receiving documents, notices, or other communications electronically between parties. Typically, it specifies which forms of electronic communication are permitted—such as email or secure file transfer—and may outline requirements for confirmation of receipt or security measures. This clause ensures that electronic communications are recognized as valid and binding, streamlining correspondence and reducing delays associated with traditional paper-based methods.
