Electronic. document means a record carrying text, sound, pictures, images, symbols, or other forms of information generated electronically or other means not directly recognizable by human perceptions and transmitted for electronic processing by the Post or the Customer of the Post via network connection that is sufficient to convey the intents of the Post or the Customer of the Post.
