Elevation of disputes. 17.3 If the Project Board fails to resolve a dispute or disagreement within [five (5) Business Days] of meeting pursuant to [Clause 17.2], or fails to meet in accordance with the timescales set out in [Clause 17.2], the dispute shall be referred to the Joint Committee for resolution at the next programmed meeting (or a special meeting of the Joint Committee shall be called to resolve the dispute as agreed by the Councils).
