Eligibility and reference year. Each employee shall be entitled to paid annual vacation, in accordance with the length of his service, as stipulated in this collective agreement. For the purpose of the application of section 24 herein, the reference year shall be a period of twelve (12) consecutive months between May 1st of the previous year to April 30th of the current year.
