Eligibility Default Definition. Full benefits provided in this article are de- signed for employees who are employed an average of at least forty (40) hours per week. Em- ployees who are employed an average of at least twenty (20) hours per week and at least the regular school year shall be eligible for partial benefits proportional to the extent of their em- ployment. Eligibility is subject to any limitations contained in the contract between the insur- ance carrier and the School District.
