Common use of Eligibility Documents Clause in Contracts

Eligibility Documents. Employee shall provide Company with true and correct documents ("Eligibility Documents") identifying Employee's eligibility to work in the United States (see back of 1-9 form for list of acceptable documents) on or before the Commencement Date. Employee will need these documents to begin employment.
