Eligibility for Appointment as Independent AF Evaluator. Both Parties agree that the engineering firms listed in Section 4(j) (Acceptable Persons and Entities) of Attachment U (Calculation and Adjustment of Net Energy Potential) are fully qualified to serve as Independent AF Evaluator. By mutual agreement between the Parties in writing, a name or names may be added to or removed from the OEPR Consultants List at any time. In no event shall there be less than three (3) names on the OEPR Consultants List.
