Common use of Eligibility of Collateral Clause in Contracts

Eligibility of Collateral. Each Account Receivable or item of Inventory which a Borrower shall, expressly or by implication (by inclusion on a Borrowing Base Certificate or otherwise), request Administrative Agent to classify as an Eligible Account Receivable or as Eligible Inventory, respectively, will, as of the time when such request is made, conform in all respects to the requirements of such classification set forth in the respective definitions of "Eligible Account Receivable" and "Eligible Inventory" set forth herein.
