Common use of Eligibility of Collateral Clause in Contracts

Eligibility of Collateral. As of each Purchase Date (i) the Loan List is an accurate and complete listing of all Collateral as of the related Purchase Date and the information contained therein with respect to the identity of such Collateral and the amounts owing thereunder is true and correct as of the related Purchase Date, (ii) as of its Purchase Date, each such Collateral Obligation sold by the Seller hereunder satisfies or satisfied, as applicable, the definition of Collateral Obligation and (iii) the representations and warranties set forth in Section 4.02(a) are true and correct with respect to each item of Collateral.
