Common use of Eligibility of the Actions Clause in Contracts

Eligibility of the Actions. To be financed by the Trust Fund, an Action must comply with the following criteria: 9.1.1 The Action must fall under the geographical scope of the Trust Fund, which is primarily Lebanon, Jordan, Turkey, Iraq, Egypt or any other country in the wider region affected by the Syrian crisis, including the Western Balkans. Assistance inside Syria will be considered in accordance with Recital 17 and Article 2 of this Agreement. 9.1.2 The Action must contribute to the main objectives and purpose of the Trust Fund, as detailed in Annex I to the Constitutive Agreement.
