Eligibility for Group Participation This section describes eligibility to participate in the Group Insurance Program.
Participation Requirements The Recipient must work with Canada and AMO when asked to collaborate on communications activities – including, but not limited to, Eligible Project success stories (including positive impacts on housing), Eligible Project vignettes, and Eligible Project start-to-finish features.
Eligibility and Participation An individual is deemed an “Eligible Employee” and, therefore, eligible to participate in the Plan if he or she is a member of the Company’s Management Team at the time of such individual’s termination of employment with the Company, and such employment terminates due to an event which constitutes a Qualifying Termination.
Employee Participation The Employer will assist employees' participation in health promotion and health education programs. Health promotion and health education programs that have been endorsed by the Employer (Minnesota Management & Budget) will be considered to be non-assigned job-related training pursuant to Administrative Procedure 21. Approval for this training is at the discretion of the Appointing Authority and is contingent upon meeting staffing needs in the employee's absence and the availability of funds. Employees are eligible for release time, tuition reimbursement, or a pro rata combination of both. Employees may be reimbursed for up to one hundred (100) percent of tuition or registration costs upon successful completion of the program. Employees may be granted release time, including the travel time, in lieu of reimbursement.
Public Participation 79. This Consent Decree shall be lodged with the Court for a period of not less than 30 Days for public notice and comment in accordance with 28 C.F.R. ' 50.
Community Participation Goods and works required for Part A of the Project shall be procured in accordance with procedures acceptable to the Association.
Company Participation Subject to Section B.5, the Company shall not be liable to indemnify the Indemnitee under this Agreement with regard to any judicial action if the Company was not given a reasonable and timely opportunity, at its expense, to participate in the defense, conduct and/or settlement of such action.
Equity Participation On the Closing Date, subject to the terms and conditions hereof and on the basis of the representations and warranties set forth herein, the Owner Participant agrees to participate in the payment of the Total Equipment Cost for the Units delivered on the Closing Date by making an equity investment in the beneficial ownership of such Units in the amount equal to the product of the Total Equipment Cost for such Units delivered on the Closing Date and the percentage set forth opposite the Owner Participant's name in Schedule 2 (the "Owner Participant's Commitment"). The aggregate amount of the Owner Participant's Commitment plus the aggregate amount of Transaction Costs payable by the Owner Participant shall not exceed the sum of (x) the Owner Participant's Commitment and (y) 2% of the Total Equipment Cost. The Owner Participant's Commitment shall be paid to the Indenture Trustee to be held (but not as part of the Indenture Estate) and applied on behalf of the Owner Trustee toward payment of the Total Equipment Cost as provided in Section 2.3.
Financial Participation Prohibited Under Section 2155.004, Texas Government Code (relating to financial participation in preparing solicitations), Contractor certifies that the individual or business entity named in this Contract and any related Solicitation Response is not ineligible to receive this Contract and acknowledges that this Contract may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate.
Continued Participation If Contractor elects to defend the claim, the City may retain separate counsel to participate in (but not control) the defense and to participate in (but not control) any settlement negotiations.
