Eligibility Requirements for Retiree Medical Grant. 1. Retiree must be actively retired from the County of Orange and receiving a monthly retirement allowance from the Orange County Employees Retirement System (OCERS). New employees hired on or after June 16, 2023, are not eligible for the Grant.
