Eligibility; Successor, the Servicer or the Special Servicer. (a) The Issuer, the Collateral Manager, the Servicer and the Special Servicer shall each be liable in accordance herewith only to the extent of the obligations specifically and respectively imposed upon and undertaken by the Issuer, the Collateral Manager, the Servicer and the Special Servicer herein.
