Eligibility to Vote. The provisions of the IBT Constitution concerning eligibility to nom- inate, second and vote will become effective on January 1, 2006. (NOTE: The IBT Constitution provides that members are eligible to nominate and vote only if, as of the date of nominations or election, they are members in good standing through the month prior to the nominations meeting or election.)
