Common use of Eligible Assets Clause in Contracts

Eligible Assets. The Fund shall only make investments in the Eligible Assets as described on Exhibit B, as amended from time to time with the prior written consent of Xxxxx Fargo, in accordance with the Fund’s investment objectives and the investment policies set forth in the Offering Memorandum, as such investment objectives and investment policies may be modified in accordance with the 1940 Act and applicable law and, if applicable, the Related Documents.

Eligible Assets. The Fund shall only make investments in the Eligible Assets as described on in Exhibit B, as amended from time to time with the prior written consent of Xxxxx FargoBanc of America, in accordance with the Fund’s 's investment objectives and the investment policies set forth in the Offering Memorandum, Memorandum as such investment objectives and investment policies may be modified in accordance with the 1940 Act and applicable law and, if applicable, the Related Documents.

Eligible Assets. The Fund shall only make investments in the Eligible Assets as described on Exhibit BB to this Agreement, as it may be amended from time to time with the prior written consent of Xxxxx Fargoeach Purchaser, in accordance with the Fund’s investment objectives and the investment policies set forth in the Offering Memorandum, as such investment objectives and investment policies may be modified in accordance with the 1940 Act and applicable law and, if applicable, the Related Documents.

Eligible Assets. The Fund shall only make investments in the Eligible Assets as described listed on Exhibit B, as amended from time to time with the prior written consent of Xxxxx Fargo, in accordance with the Fund’s investment objectives and the investment policies set forth in the Offering Memorandum, as such investment objectives and investment policies may be modified in accordance with the 1940 Act and applicable law and, if applicable, the Related Documents.

Eligible Assets. The Fund shall only make investments in the Eligible Assets as described on Exhibit BB to this Agreement, as it may be amended from time to time with the prior written consent of Xxxxx Fargothe Purchaser, in accordance with the Fund’s investment objectives and the investment policies set forth in the Offering Memorandum, as such investment objectives and investment policies may be modified in accordance with the 1940 Act and applicable law and, if applicable, the Related Documents.

Eligible Assets. The Fund shall only make investments in the Eligible Assets as described on Exhibit BB to this Agreement, as it may be amended from time to time with the prior written consent of Xxxxx Fargothe Purchaser, or as has otherwise been agreed to in writing between the Fund and the Purchaser in accordance with the Fund’s investment objectives and the investment policies set forth in the Offering Memorandum, as such investment objectives and investment policies may be modified in accordance with the 1940 Act and applicable law and, if applicable, the Related Documents.
