Eligible Costs include. a. Costs directly and reasonably incurred on or after April 1, 2018 up to and including the Project Completion Date by the Recipient for construction, renewal, renovation or redevelopment or material enhancement activities funded under existing Community Improvement Plan financial incentive programs.
