Common use of Eligible Costs include Clause in Contracts

Eligible Costs include. a. Costs directly and reasonably incurred on or after April 1, 2018 up to and including the Project Completion Date by the Recipient for construction, renewal, renovation or redevelopment or material enhancement activities funded under existing Community Improvement Plan financial incentive programs. b. Costs directly and reasonably incurred on or after April 1, 2018 up to and including the Project Completion Date by the Recipient for construction, renewal or material enhancement activities funded under the Municipal Physical Infrastructure category including projects in downtown or main street areas, as defined through an existing Community Improvement Plan or other municipal land use planning policy that will support the success of small businesses in main street areas.
