Eligible Development Costs for the Global CDP. Subject to the provisions of Section 7.1(b) (Supplies of PM8002 Licensed Products for Global CDP and Joint CDP), each Party will bear the Eligible Development Costs incurred in carrying out the Global CDP Activities in its respective territory, which in the case of Biotheus shall include the costs of recruiting patients from the Retained Territory for a Global Trial as set out in Section 5.3(a) (Global CDP).
