Eligible Entity Obligation; Purchase Price Consideration. (a) Eligible Entity shall perform all Services described in the Service Schedules in consideration for the Purchase Price described in subsection (b) below, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, to the satisfaction of Treasury. The conditions precedent to the payment by Treasury of the Purchase Price with respect to the Services are set forth in Section 3(B) of the Agreement.
