Eligible Initiatives and Eligible Recipients. Canada’s funding pursuant to the Base Funding will be paid to Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Island for use by Eligible Recipients and be applied to the construction, renewal, material enhancement or safety- related rehabilitation of Base Funding Eligible Initiatives as described in Subsection 2.2 of Schedule A. Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Island agrees that funded initiatives will be consistent with the Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Island Infrastructure Plan.

  • District’s Evaluation of Consultant and Consultant’s Employees and/or Subcontractors The District may evaluate the Consultant in any way the District is entitled pursuant to applicable law. The District’s evaluation may include, without limitation:

  • Ineligible Persons Business Associate represents and warrants to Covered Entity that Business Associate (i) is not currently excluded, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to participate in any federal health care program as defined in 42 U.S.C. Section 1320a-7b(f) (“the Federal Healthcare Programs”); (ii) has not been convicted of a criminal offense related to the provision of health care items or services and not yet been excluded, debarred, or otherwise declared ineligible to participate in the Federal Healthcare Programs, and (iii) is not under investigation or otherwise aware of any circumstances which may result in Business Associate being excluded from participation in the Federal Healthcare Programs. This shall be an ongoing representation and warranty during the term of this Agreement, and Business Associate shall immediately notify Covered Entity of any change in the status of the representations and warranty set forth in this section. Any breach of this section shall give Covered Entity the right to terminate this Agreement immediately for cause.

  • File Management and Record Retention relating to CRF Eligible Persons or Households Grantee must maintain a separate file for every applicant, Eligible Person, or Household, regardless of whether the request was approved or denied.

  • MANAGEMENT OF EVALUATION OUTCOMES 12.1 The evaluation of the Employee’s performance will form the basis for rewarding outstanding performance or correcting unacceptable performance.

  • Coordination of Services Consultant agrees to work closely with City staff in the performance of Services and shall be available to City’s staff, consultants and other staff at all reasonable times.

Please contact your employer for additional information regarding coverage for domestic partners. • Former Spouse: In the event of a divorce, your former spouse may continue to be eligible for coverage provided that your divorce decree requires it in accordance with state law. Your former spouse will remain eligible on your policy until the earlier of: o the date either you or your former spouse are remarried; o the date provided by the judgment of divorce; or o the date your former spouse has comparable coverage available through his or her own employment.

  • PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 5.1 The Employee agrees to participate in the performance management system that the Employer adopts or introduces for the Employer, management and municipal staff of the Employer.
