Common use of Eligible Investments Permitted Clause in Contracts

Eligible Investments Permitted. Unless prevented or restricted by written notice of the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 6.4.5 hereof, the Servicer may, from time to time, withdraw funds from a Custodial P&I Account, Custodial Subsidy Account or Custodial Buydown Account, and immediately invest such funds in Eligible Investments in accordance with this Agreement. Upon the maturity of such Eligible Investments, such funds shall be redeposited into the Eligible Account from which they were drawn or into the Certificate Account.
