Eligible Lender Trustee Eligibility. (a) There shall at all times be an Eligible Lender Trustee hereunder which shall be a corporation or national bank association organized and doing business under the laws of the United States of America or of any state thereof, authorized under such laws to exercise corporate trust powers and shall be an Eligible Lender under the Higher Education Act and the regulations of any Guarantee Agency and acceptable to the Issuer.
