Eligible Lender Trustee May Own Trust Certificates and Notes. The Eligible Lender Trustee in its individual or any other capacity may become the owner or pledgee of the Trust Certificates or Notes and may deal with the Depositor, the Administrator, the Indenture Trustee, the Master Servicer and the Guarantors in banking or trust transactions with the same rights as it would have if it were not Eligible Lender Trustee, including serving as a trustee of other trusts dealing in any student loans, including trusts which purchase student loans from the Trust.
