Eligible Lender Trustee May Own Trust Notes. The Eligible Lender Trustee in its individual or any other capacity may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may deal with the Seller, the Administrator, the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer in banking transactions with the same rights as it would have if it were not the Eligible Lender Trustee.
