Common use of Eligible Lender Trustee’s and Delaware Trustee’s Fees and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Eligible Lender Trustee’s and Delaware Trustee’s Fees and Expenses. The Eligible Lender Trustee and the Delaware Trustee shall receive as compensation for its services hereunder such fees, if any, as have been separately agreed upon before the date hereof between the Depositor and the Eligible Lender Trustee and the Delaware Trustee, respectively, and the Eligible Lender Trustee and the Delaware Trustee, respectively, shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the Administrator, to the extent provided in such separate agreement, for their other reasonable expenses (including the reasonable fees and expenses of counsel and independent accountants) hereunder.
