Common use of Eligible Lender Trustee's Fees and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Eligible Lender Trustee's Fees and Expenses. The Eligible Lender Trustee shall receive as compensation for its services hereunder such fees as have been separately agreed upon before the date hereof between the Depositor and the Eligible Lender Trustee, and the Eligible Lender Trustee shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the Depositor, to the extent provided in such separate agreement, for its other reasonable expenses (including the reasonable fees and expenses of counsel and independent accountants) hereunder.
