Common use of Eligible Lender Trustee's Fees and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Eligible Lender Trustee's Fees and Expenses. The Eligible Lender Trustee shall receive as compensation for its services hereunder such fees as have been separately agreed upon before the date hereof between the Depositor and the Eligible Lender Trustee. Such fee shall be payable as provided in Section 5.5 of the Transfer and Servicing Agreement.

Such fee , and the Eligible Lender Trustee shall be payable as entitled to be reimbursed by the Depositors, to the extent provided in Section 5.5 of the Transfer and Servicing Agreementsuch separate agreement, for its other reasonable Expenses hereunder.
