Eligible Loaner Motor Vehicles. If a New Motor Vehicle: then requests by the Borrower for Advances in respect of Eligible Loaner Motor Vehicles shall be deemed to occur upon receipt by the Bank of a Draft (as hereinafter defined), the amount of such Draft being the amount of the requested Advance. The Borrower hereby irrevocably authorizes the Bank to honor any Draft presented to the Bank by making an Advance equal to the amount of such Draft, without further approval, consent or authorization from, or notice to, the Borrower. If an Eligible Used Motor Vehicle: then requests by the Borrower for Advances shall be deemed to occur upon receipt by the Bank of a request from the Borrower, in writing, for an Advance and accompanied by: (i) a copy of the division of motor vehicle certificate of title or similar evidence of ownership issued by appropriate state motor vehicle division for the Used Motor Vehicle, if required by the Bank; and (ii) such other documents and information as may be requested by the Bank.
