Eligible New Floor Plan Unit Curtailment. If not previously sold or otherwise disposed of, each Eligible New Floor Plan Unit shall be paid in full on or before Applicable Curtailment Date 730, and the Floor Plan Borrowers promise to pay to the Administrative Agent for the accounts of the Floor Plan Lenders (a) 5% of the original principal amount of the Floor Plan Loans made as to such Floor Plan Unit on the Principal Payment Date in the 12th month following the Applicable Starting Date for such Floor Plan Unit, (b) 3% of the original principal amount of the Floor Plan Loans made as to such Floor Plan Unit on the Principal Payment Date in each of the 13th through 23rd months following the Applicable Starting Date, and (c) the full remaining balance of the original principal amount of the Floor Plan Loans made as to such Floor Plan Unit on the Principal Payment Due in the 24th month following the Applicable Starting Date.
