Eligible Products. For the purpose of this Campaign, any MICHELIN passenger car, SUV, or Commercial Light Truck tyre models are individually referred to as “Eligible Product”.

Eligible Products. To be eligible for support, product must be at current specified revision levels and, in HP's reasonable opinion, in good operating condition. a. Customer can purchase service only for designated HP and non-HP software for which Customer has rightfully acquired appropriate software license(s). b. Relocation of product is Customer's responsibility and may result in additional support charges and modified service response times. c. Unless otherwise specified, products moved outside the country where this Agreement is purchased will not receive support services under the terms of this Agreement. d. Notwithstanding Section 4(a) of this Agreement, products which are in good operating condition at the time this Agreement is purchased are eligible for post warranty hardware support even if they are not at current specified revision levels available. e. HP warrants replacement parts provided to maintain hardware products serviced hereunder against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days after return of the product to Customer. If HP receives notice of defective replacement parts during the term of this Agreement, HP will, at its option, repair or replace the replacement parts that prove to be defective. THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND NO OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HP SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

Eligible Products. With respect to each mortgage loan underlying the security, the borrower was not encouraged or required to select a mortgage loan product offered by the mortgage loan’s originator which is a higher cost product designed for less creditworthy borrowers, taking into account such facts as, without limitation, the mortgage loan’s requirements and the borrower’s credit history, income, assets and liabilities. For a borrower who seeks financing through a mortgage loan originator’s higher-priced subprime lending channel, the borrower should be directed towards or offered the mortgage loan originator’s standard mortgage line if the borrower is able to qualify for one of the standard products.

Eligible Products. All products and services to be sold, offered or referred to during the FSGLA must be included on the Restaurant Participation Agreement. FSGLA reserves the right to exclude the sale of any product based on overall show presentation, or that are in conflict with exclusive contracts held by FSGLA with other Participants. Participant will be notified in advance of any such exclusion and have the right at the time of the application to determine if they still want to participate. a) Participants must sell Italian food items only. No non-food items will be permitted for sale. b) Participants can sell no more than one (1) food item. Additional items must be approved by festival management. Participants can sell only food items (including portion sizes, product brands and prices) which were approved by festival management, in writing prior to the Festival. This cannot be altered during the festival. c) Only official beverage vendors may sell beverages. d) Menu items should be priced and posted in accordance with the Festival’s pricing structure and must include sales tax. FSGLA has final right of approval on pricing and additional menu offerings. e) Participants must have sufficient quantities of supplies available to meet customer demand through the four (4) day of the Event. If a Participant anticipates a food shortage, the booth manager must contact restaurant management immediately to discuss options. f) All restaurants will be prepared to serve their agreed food item on Thursday, September 27, and distribute the item at no cost to the guests on Prima Notte evening. g) All restaurants must provide a food or beverage item when presented with a “San Gennaro approved Food Ticket”. These tickets must be turned in by the vendor at the conclusion of the festival for a 75% item reimbursement. A reimbursement check will be mailed to the vendor within two weeks after the conclusion of the festival. h) There will be No Commission Charge to Vendors on their food sales sold to public during the 2007 Feast of San Gennaro L.A. Festival.

Customer can purchase service only for designated HP and non-HP software for which Customer has rightfully acquired appropriate software license(s). b. Relocation of product is Customer's responsibility and may result in additional support charges and modified service response times.

Eligible Products. To be eligible to purchase Support Services, the HP product must be, in HP's reasonable opinion, in good operating condition. Customer represents to HP the HP product is in good operating condition. Any HP software product covered by this Agreement must be bundled with the HP product at the time of purchase by Customer and must be at its current or immediately preceding version level. In addition: a. Support for software bundled with the HP product is included in the Support Services. No other software is covered by this Agreement. Support for software bundled with the HP product is limited to verbal assistance with: i. . Answering Customer installation questions (first steps and prerequisites), ii. Setting up and configuring the software (first steps), iii. Interpreting system error messages, and Isolating system problems to software usage problems. b. Support for software bundled with the HP product does not include, among other things: i. Generating or diagnosing user-generated programs or source codes, ii. Bug fixes or software repair, iii. Interconnectivity or compatibility problems specific to third party products iv. Installation of non-HP software products, v. System optimization and customization, and vi. Network configuration.

For a borrower who seeks financing through a Mortgage Loan originator’s higher-priced subprime lending channel, the borrower should be directed towards or offered the Mortgage Loan originator’s prime mortgage line if the borrower is able to qualify for one of the prime products.
