Common use of Eligible Purchasers Clause in Contracts

Eligible Purchasers. This Master Contract may be utilized by any MCUA ORGANIZATIONS including the following types of entities (“Purchaser”): 2.1. WASHINGTON STATE AGENCIES. This Master Contract may be utilized by:  Washington state agencies, departments, offices, divisions, boards, and commission; and  Any the following institutions of higher education: state universities, regional universities, state college, community colleges, and technical colleges.
