Eligible Services. Subject to the sub-section titled ‘Restrictions’, only the following items provided by SAP (and/or SAP entities listed under “SAP entities in scope“ in the Order Form) can be ordered by the Customer (and/or Customer entities listed under “Customer entities in scope” in the Order Form) and counted in the calculation of expenditure against the Commitment Value:
a) Single e-learnings;
b) E-Academies;
c) Certification;
d) Classroom training;
e) On Premise live learning;
f) Virtual live learning; and
g) Customer Specific Training. Services must be ordered via Individual Orders.
Eligible Services. Bentley services eligible for funding through the CSS program include Term Licenses (as defined in the SELECT Program Terms), CALs (including Visas and Passports) (as defined in the SELECT Program Terms), Cloud Offerings, E365 Program and Recurring Services (“Eligible CSS Services”). Xxxxxxx may amend the list of Eligible CSS Services from time to time at Xxxxxxx’x sole discretion. Only Eligible CSS Services invoiced for during the CSS subscription are eligible for CSS funding through the CSS program.

Street Outreach as defined in 24 C.F.R. 576.101 The purpose of ESG Street Outreach is to provide essential services to unsheltered homeless persons. • Outreach & Engagement • Case Management • Emergency Health Services • Emergency Mental Health Services • Transportation • Services for Special Populations Emergency Shelters as defined in 24 C.F.R. § 576.102 The purpose of ESG emergency shelters is to provide essential services to sheltered homeless persons. Essential services can address the immediate needs of homeless persons living on the street, in emergency shelter or in transitional housing, and can help enable homeless persons to become more independent. • Case Management • Child Care • Education Services • Employment Assistance and Job Training • Outpatient Health Services • Legal Services • Life Skills Training • Mental Health Services • Substance Abuse Treatment Services • Transportation • Services for Special Populations • Shelter The purpose of ESG Street Outreach is to prevent a household from being evicted and becoming homeless. Agencies must assess and document that the household would become homeless (per the definition above) but for the ESG assistance. In other words, a household would require emergency shelter or would otherwise become literally homeless in the absence of ESG assistance.
