Common use of Eligible Services Clause in Contracts

Eligible Services. Bentley services eligible for funding through the CSS program include Term Licenses (as defined in the SELECT Program Terms), CALs (including Visas and Passports) (as defined in the SELECT Program Terms), Cloud Offerings, E365 Program and Recurring Services (“Eligible CSS Services”). Xxxxxxx may amend the list of Eligible CSS Services from time to time at Xxxxxxx’x sole discretion. Only Eligible CSS Services invoiced for during the CSS subscription are eligible for CSS funding through the CSS program.
