Eligible Users. The following restrictions and conditions apply to the use of services and creating and maintaining the Account (as such term defined below):
Eligible Users. All Florida government and educational entities are considered Eligible Users of the Office and Educational Consumables State Term Contract. This includes all State agencies, school districts, universities, community colleges, counties, cities, towns, villages, special districts, and other entities approved by the Department. With the consent of the successful Respondent(s), purchases may also be made under the terms and conditions of this solicitation by governmental and educational entities located outside the State of Florida. Appropriate governmental and educational entities' purchasing laws, rules, and regulations shall apply to purchases made under this contract. Eligible Users and governmental entities are defined in Florida Administrative Code and Statutes as described below: • All governmental agencies, as defined in Section 163.3164, F.S., which have a physical presence within the State of Florida; • Any independent, nonprofit college or university that is located within the State of Florida and is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
Eligible Users. Persons eligible to use and enjoyment of the Fitness Facility pursuant to this License Agreement are Occupants (defined immediately below) who are in-residence in the applicable Residential Unit during the time of use. “Occupants” means any Residential Owner or a Residential Owner’s family members, personal guests, renters, lessees or exchange users who occupy a Residential Unit during the time of use of the Fitness Facility; subject, however, to Licensor’s right to adopt or amend Rules and Regulations that establish more specific qualifications for eligibility (“Eligible Users”).
Eligible Users. Only those Users and their employees that are registered and authorized by the Executive Director are allowed to be in the production areas. Every User must provide the Executive Director with an Emergency Contact Form for each employee/helper and certify that each employee/helper has been trained and has received a copy of these guidelines and the SOP’s. If the registered User is not present during production, he/she must name and authorize to BRFV staff a “Production Manager”. This person will be responsible for assuring that all facility policies are followed by all workers for that User. BRFV will report serious violations to the User by phone or email; the User shall respond and correct the matter within 24 hours.
Eligible Users. A. Other State of Florida Governmental entities may purchase from this Contract, provided such use of the Contract has been determined to be cost effective by the Entity and in the best interest of the State.
B. The Contractor has the option of selling the commodities or services described under this Contract to other State of Florida governmental entities at the Contractor’s discretion.
C. Eligible users of this Contract include other State of Florida Agencies (including members of the State University System and Community College System), Water Management Districts, Counties, Local County Boards of Public Institution, Municipalities, and other local public agencies or authorities.
D. The general terms and conditions of this Contract shall apply to the services procured by other State of Florida governmental entities referencing this Contract.
E. Funding mechanisms/work assignments must be executed in advance of work performed for another State of Florida governmental entity. The governmental entity shall utilize appropriate funding mechanisms (purchase orders, etc.) to authorize performance by the Contractor.
F. All work performed under a funding mechanism executed by another State of Florida governmental entity shall be the responsibility of the governmental entity for payment. The Department shall not be responsible for payment of any services performed under this section of the Contract.
G. This Contract shall only be used by other governmental entities in accordance with the Eligible Users’ Scope of Services Section, in Attachment A Statement of Work.
H. Contract/Project Managers shall be identified for each work assignment executed between the Contractor and another governmental entity. The Department’s Contract/Project Manager shall not be responsible for any work performed under this section of the Contract.
Eligible Users. In order to access or use the Service as a Sender, you must be (i) at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, with (ii) capacity to enter legally binding contracts. Please go to the relevant section for your country specific provisions, which can be found between Part C – F, for further information about age of majority. Other restrictions may apply. Only natural persons are eligible to use the Xoom service.
Eligible Users. In order to access or use the Service as a Sender or Beneficiary, you must be (i) at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in your province, and with (ii) capacity to enter legally binding contracts. Other restrictions may apply.
Eligible Users. Applicant must be an adult member (at least 21 years of age) in good standing with the HOA. Applicant must be current on all fees and obligations to the HOA. Applicant must be present at the event and is responsible for the Clubhouse use. The HOA Board reserves the right to revoke, limit or prohibit use of the Clubhouse at any time to anyone.
g. Moms Group, Winchester Country Trails Homeowners Association, Winchester Trails Tennis Teams, School Committees, Scout Groups…). Such groups or organizations must have one person who is in good standing with the HOA that lives in the Subdivision to sign the contract.

Eligible Users. In order to access and use the Website and avail of the Service the Remitter must be an individual of at least 18 years of age having the capacity to enter into legally binding contracts under the law applicable to the Remitter.
