Common use of ELP as new Maintenance Base Clause in Contracts

ELP as new Maintenance Base. In connection with the closure of the Maintenance Base at Charlotte (in accordance with the Notice of CLT Maintenance Base Closure, dated June 18, 2014), the parties agree that El Paso (ELP) shall be designated as a new Maintenance Base pursuant to Section 2.6.3 of the Code Share Agreement (as amended by the Twelfth Amendment) replacing Charlotte (CLT).
