Email Requirements Clause Samples

It typically specifies which email addresses should be used, how delivery and receipt are determined, and any formatting or security protocols that must be followed. By clearly defining these requirements, the clause ensures that important notices and correspondence are reliably delivered and recognized, reducing the risk of miscommunication or disputes over whether information was properly shared.
