Common use of Email Scanning Clause in Contracts

Email Scanning. We take steps to increase the security and reliability of emails you send or attempt to send using Notification Service. Like many email service providers, when you send or attempt to send an email through Notification Service, we (or our subcontractors) may store, scan and analyze your email and the content included in your email. We (or our subcontractors) may conduct such email scanning and analysis to prevent and block spam emails, viruses, spyware, and other harmful or unwanted items from being sent through Notification Service and we (or our subcontractors) may use the results of such analysis for our own purposes.
