Common use of Embargoed Persons Clause in Contracts

Embargoed Persons. Neither the Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries and, to the knowledge of the Borrower, none of its Affiliates and none of the respective officers, directors, brokers or agents of such Loan Party, such Subsidiary or such Affiliate that is acting or benefiting in any capacity in connection with the Loans is an Embargoed Person. Neither Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries engages in any dealings or transactions with an Embargoed Person.

Embargoed Persons. Neither the Borrower nor any of its Restricted Subsidiaries and, to the knowledge of the Borrower, none of its Affiliates and none of the respective officers, directors, brokers or agents of such Loan Party, such Subsidiary Party or such Affiliate that is Restricted Subsidiary acting or benefiting in any capacity in connection with the Loans is an Embargoed Person. Neither Borrower nor any of its Restricted Subsidiaries engages in any dealings or transactions with an Embargoed Person.
