Common use of Embargoed Persons Clause in Contracts

Embargoed Persons. None of the Borrower or the Guarantors are (and none of the Borrower or the Guarantors will be) a Person named on OFAC’s Specially Designated and Blocked Persons list) or under any statute, executive order (including the September 24, 2001 Executive Order Blocking Property and Prohibiting Transactions With Persons Who Commit, Threaten to Commit, or Support Terrorism), or other governmental action and is not and shall not engage in any dealings or transactions or otherwise be associated with such persons. In addition, Borrower hereby agree to provide to the Banks any additional information that a Bank deems reasonably necessary from time to time in order to ensure compliance with all applicable laws concerning money laundering and similar activities.
