Embarq Affiliates’ Purchase Rights. Supplier will provide Services and Deliverables under this Agreement and any existing Orders to any Embarq Affiliate, who has agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, upon request. Supplier will negotiate with Embarq Affiliates in good faith for Orders covering Services and Deliverables not governed by an existing Order, consistent with this Agreement.
