EMD Validity. The EMD will be scrutinized first for the amount and validity period. The bids submitted with required EMD amount and validity only be considered for the evaluation. The bids submitted with insufficient EMD amount/validity will be treated as disqualified bids and those bids will not be considered for further evaluation.
