Emergency and Injunctive Relief. Either party may bring an action before JAMS seeking emergency and/or injunctive relief to protect its intellectual property rights and interests, including but not limited to protecting its rights pursuant to the non-solicitation provisions of the LifeVantage Policies and Procedures.
