Common use of EMERGENCY BOARD ACTION Clause in Contracts

EMERGENCY BOARD ACTION. The BOARD, subject only to the language of this AGREEMENT, reserves to itself full jurisdiction and authority over matters of policy and retains the right in accordance with applicable laws and regulations to direct and manage all activities of the school district. In an emergency affecting the health, safety, or welfare of the students of the schools, the BOARD may take whatever actions it deems necessary.
