EMERGENCYTREATMENT. The Company will indemnify any person as named inthe Certificate of Insurance againstlegalliability under the Road Traffic Act to pay for emergency treatment of injuries caused by or arising out of the use of such vehicle in any territory to which any of the Act applies. Apayment made by reason of this Section shall not be deemed to be a claim under this Insurance for the purposes of Section 4 - No Claim Bonus.
