Eminent Domain or Expropriation Award. Subject to the Subordination Agreement (Senior) and Subordination Agreement (Junior), cash equal to the amount of the award for such property or the Net Sale Proceeds, shall be deposited with Trustee and held subject to the disposition thereof pursuant to the Subordination Agreement (Senior) and Subordination Agreement (Junior); and
